Planted in 1983, we harvest the Cabernet Sauvignon very mature, it is often the last grape to be harvested. The maceration last about 30 days, controlling temperature.

The it does mature for 12 months in barrique and tonneaux, after it is assembled it stays another 24 months to mature in cement, before bottling.

Intense in color,  to the nose suggestions of peperoni and black berries, to the palate you will find balsamic wood, cherry, tannin but velvety.

To drink with game, red meat or to do meditation.
