Casina di Cornia

Colour: Golden yellow

Palate: fruity, rich, rounded
Production: 25 Hl/ha

We use the Viognier vines, planted in the Nineties, to produce a very small quantity, about 600 bottles, of a white wine for ourselves. It varies from one year to the next, due to the fact that we test different vinifications in order to highlight the differences between the various harvests.
It is always a full-bodied wine which, seeing the number of bottles, should be drunk on the edge of the lips!
