Planted in 1983, the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are picked when they are very ripe and vinified in concrete barrels at a controlled temperature and oxygenation. After macerating for about a month, the young wine is poured into tonneaux and oak barrels. After about 12 months, it is blended and bottled.

With a lively colour, on the nose it has full balsamic notes and hints of peppers and blackberries. The notes of blackberries, balsamic wood, cherries and full but soft tannins return on the palate. This wine goes very well with game, red meat or on its own.
